“Your Actions and Reactions”

I tell you, this process of creating an extraordinary life is quite a trip…but well worth the price of the ticket; A Focused Thought, a Positive Spoken Word, Right Actions and Reaction…and Believing You Deserve to Have What You Want. Cha-Ching. Cha-Ching.
Now unless you have been living under a rock, you certainly have heard about “the secret” called The Law of Attraction—the thoughts you focus on, over and over again, is the essence of what you will attract into your life. The jargon may be different, depending on the master or teacher, but undoubtedly the message is the same; the quality of your life is created first with a thought.
The next coin is dropped into the slot called the Spoken Word, the audio version of what you are thinking. Our words always follow the stream of our thoughts, and once you observe where they are going, you’ll have a much clearer indicator of what you are really thinking. And even though you might be able to play the “goodie two shoes or Pollyanna card” for awhile, spouting out lots of positive affirmations and sugar coated words, eventually your real thoughts and feelings will slip through the cracks.
So if you want to stay on this train till the very end, I suggest you pay serious attention to making sure your thoughts and words are aligned and both putting out the same positive energetic vibrations.
Ok, now that we are both on the same page, it’s time to look at what we doing with all our Action and Reactions, because as the title implies, ”Yikes, now you have to do something!”
Every thought that pops into your head about anything that you want or don’t want, demands an action. Whether that action takes form in a physical or non-physical way, moves you forward or backwards, or is perceived as positive or negative—for sure, the knee-jerk reaction to a thought is action. Even “no action” is an action, since nothing is static in life, and always moves us in one direction or another.
So now that you realize doing nothing is not an option, or pretending you are Scarlet O’Hara by chanting “I’ll think about it tomorrow” isn’t going to work, Gone with the Wind-Margaret-Mitchell, how about upgrading your ticket and traveling in the state of conscious awareness? Stopping, even just for a minute, and thinking about what is the right action, and what reaction will serve you best.
Reactions…the way you respond to the various events, people, issues and the supposed reality called your life, can take you directly to Nirvana www.buddhanet.net or derail you before you get where you want to go. If you are always on auto-responder, never stopping to examine the source of your emotions or challenging your knee-jerk responses to what is really happening in your life, then quickly you will become another casualty of “the victim of circumstances” virus. Hot, cold, feverish and aching all over, as life keeps throwing laugh out loud jokes and sucker punches right at you.
“Yikes, I’ve got to do something”, can be the best news you’ve heard all day, if you choose to hear it that way. The moment you decide to take control of your thoughts and words, Actions and Reactions is the moment you begin to turn your everyday ordinary life into an Extraordinary one. Taking a few moments to stop and think before you act, to consider the consequences, positive or negative of any action or reaction is the third important part of The Formula for Art of Living Well. One more piece of the puzzle for bringing you the wealth, sexy fit healthy body, loving relationship, or the less stressful, more balance peaceful life, or whatever you want and rightfully deserve.
